Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with your order.

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

In case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

In the event of a regular withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
