1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of:

(2) A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (German Civil Code – BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

 

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation) or dispatch the goods.

(4) We reserve the right to accept orders only in quantities customary for household use.

(5) Obvious pricing errors entitle us to contest the contract in accordance with statutory provisions.

 

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are final prices in Euro and include applicable VAT.

(2) Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

 

4. Payment

(1) Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

(3) If payment is made via an external payment service provider, the respective provider’s terms and conditions shall apply in addition.

 

5. Delivery

(1) Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times are indicated in the online shop.

(3) If a product is not available, we will inform you without undue delay. Payments already made will be refunded promptly.

 

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

7. Product Representation

(1) We strive to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible.

(2) Slight colour deviations may occur due to different monitor and display settings.

 

8. Statutory Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

 

9. Liability

(1) We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

(4) Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content and works created by us on this website are subject to copyright law. Any reproduction, processing, distribution, or other use outside the limits of copyright law requires our prior written consent.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and all contracts concluded between us and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
